Are you a new patient?

We are more than thrilled to serve you! Thank you for choosing us as your physical therapy provider. We can not wait to meet you and for you to see improvements in your health.

What to expect?

Your initial visit will last approximately one hour. We will evaluate your condition, go through some testing, and provide treatment. Please come between 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out some paperwork.

Please wear comfortable clothing and sneakers, you can also bring a change of clothes.

Please bring your assistive device or brace (crutches, walker, cane, etc.).
